These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website BabyCale.com.au and any related services provided by BabyCale PTY LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
