Risk-Free Trial:
We offer a Risk-Free Trial for first-time customers. If within 60 days of receiving your order, the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly refund the purchased item (excluding shipping costs).

It’s reassuring to know that we have 60 days to try out a single product, with the option to return the remaining unused garment if it doesn’t suit your needs – no problem! We are willing to refund the purchased product, excluding the shipping costs.

Returns Policy:
We accept returns for faulty products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide further instructions.
Return Procedure:
- Contact our customer support team at support@babycale.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Clearly state the reason for your return and provide your order number.
- Our team will guide you through the return process, including any necessary documentation or instructions.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Change of mind.
- Wrong item purchased.
- Found the product at a cheaper price elsewhere.
- Did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
No Returns Policy:
Certain products are labeled as non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.
Cancellations:
Cancellations can be processed within two hours of placing your order.
Handling of Shipping Costs for Returns:
Customers are responsible for handling the shipping costs associated with returning items, even in cases where a refund has been processed, and the customer is required to return the item.
Items Eligible for Return:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@babycale.com.au.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the delivery address.
Free Shipping:
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $60 (after discounts and before taxes).
Shipment Tracking

- For orders with standard shipping, we provide a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
- Please note that tracking details for standard shipping may take up to 48 hours to be activated.

Expedited Shipping:
- Orders with expedited shipping will receive a tracking number immediately upon dispatch.
- You can track your expedited shipment in real-time to monitor its status and estimated delivery date.
Important Note
- In some cases, particularly with free standard shipping, tracking may not be available for certain destinations. If tracking is a crucial factor for you, we recommend opting for expedited shipping.
